问题描述

当出现机架故障时、 AutoSupport 会在两个 HA 节点上的机架 0 冷却单元 4 中将 0 显示为旋转速度。

环境：

Cooling Unit installed element list: 1, 2, 3, 4; with error: 4 Cooling Units by element: [1] 7550 RPM [2] 7420 RPM [3] 7520 RPM [4] 0 RPM
