Cisco 交换机发生电源事件后,会生成错误的交换机电源故障警报

问题描述

  • 发生了一个影响交换机的电源事件、在此之后、我们偶尔会在EMS日志中看到以下警报:
Wed Aug 18 09:15:13 -0400 [node1: cshmd: hm.alert.raised:alert]: Alert Id = SwitchPowerFail_Alert , Alerting Resource = sw1(FOCXXXXXXXX)/PowerSupply-1 raised by monitor cluster-switch
Wed Aug 18 09:15:13 -0400 [node1: cshmd: hm.alert.raised:alert]: Alert Id = SwitchPowerFail_Alert , Alerting Resource = sw1(FOCXXXXXXXX)/PowerSupply-2 raised by monitor cluster-switch
Wed Aug 18 09:15:13 -0400 [node1: cshmd: hm.alert.raised:alert]: Alert Id = SwitchPowerFail_Alert , Alerting Resource = sw2(FOCXXXXXXXX)/PowerSupply-2 raised by monitor cluster-switch
  • 尽管已对 PSU 进行物理检查并确认其正常运行,但有关此问题的运行状况警报一旦清除,就会重新出现
  • 尽管如上所述、受影响的PSU已确认正常运行、但交换机仍会显示以下信息:
