控制器温度(PCISW芯片温度)不可读

问题描述

• 控制器无法读取温度传感器并报告以下事件。

 [node-01: env_mgr: monitor.temp.unreadable:error]: The controller temperature (PCISW-3 Die Temp) is not readable.
 [node-01: env_mgr: monitor.temp.unreadable:error]: The controller temperature (PCISW-4 Die Temp) is not readable.

• Chassis temperature is too high.. 可能会关注此事件。
• PLATFORM SENSORS.XML 部分AutoSupport报告PCISW传感器出现故障

•  SP固件已升级到最新版本
• 重新启动 受影响节点的SP没有任何帮助。
• 在执行接管/恢复并重新拔插受影响的主板后、问题描述仍然存在。
