SP/BMC 升级成功后，SPAutoUpgradeFailedMajorAlert 仍保留在 SYSTEM-HEALTH-ALERT-PERSISTENT 中

• 在 ONTAP 升级期间 SP 自动固件升级失败后，会生成运行状况警报 SPAutoUpgradeFailedMajorAlert。
