问题描述

停电后，一个或多个 AFF 或 FAS 节点不会恢复联机。
由于温度过高问题，节点关闭。
合作伙伴节点的EMS log报告（HA INTERCONNECT DOWN）警报。

[ic.HAInterconnectDown:error]: HA interconnect: Interconnect down for ** minutes: links down [callhome.hainterconnect.down:alert]: Call home for HA INTERCONNECT DOWN due to links down.

此storage failover show命令的结果指示NodeB处于unknown 状态。ONTAP尚未启动。
