NSM100 模块盘架 fw 升级到 0306 失败

• SYSCONFIG -A 显示一个 NSM100 模块在将 shelf fw 从 0231 升级到 0306 后没有变化

Shelf 1: NS224NSM100  Firmware rev. NSM100 A: 0306  NSM100 B: 0231

• 节点报告 NoPathFromSwitchToNSM_Alert 同时。
• EMS 报告 NSM100 模块传感器在机架固件升级后 NSM100 模块重启后无法读取。
