- 磁盘出现故障并已更换
- 更换磁盘后、AutoSupport会发送消息、其中包含：

- 更换/重新安装磁盘后、问题描述仍会保留
- 在NSM100 A模块重新安装后、问题描述仍保持不变
- 问题描述在两个NSM100模块之后仍然存在
