DS4243 IOM3遇到崩溃和SAS连接器警告。

• 当IOM重新启动以尝试恢复时、系统将过渡到混合路径
  • IOM 已挂起， ACP无法与IOM通信
  • ACP发出重新启动命令 
  • IOM会继续尝试重新启动以进行恢复
