通常，Service Processor (SP) 或 Baseboard Management Controller (BMC) 固件可直接通过 System Manager 固件上传 或结合 ONTAP 升级进行更新。  

在某些情况下，可以直接从 SP / BMC 命令行更新 SP / BMC 固件，通常方法是通过 HTTP 服务器。  或者，可以使用 FTP 服务器从命令行升级固件。
