问题

Storage failover show 在 ONTAP 升级期间显示 "Kernel loaded"。

原因

  • Bug 1353707 - 控制器无法启动，因为未发现 NVMe-oF 盘架
  • 如果控制器负载过重。NVMe-oF 盘架发现守护程序可能无法启动，因为 network_shelfd 启动脚本计时器已过期

解决方案

  1. 重新启动离线节点
  2. 这在 ONTAP 9.8 中已修复
  3. 如果错误仍然存在，请联系 NetApp 技术支持并参考本文以获得进一步帮助
