  • 是的，ONTAP 允许在任何 RAID 组中混合不同的驱动器物理大小
  • 当将较大的驱动器添加到现有的较小驱动器 RAID 组时，较大的驱动器的大小将与较小驱动器的可用容量相匹配。
    例如：
    • 将 10TB NL-SAS 驱动器添加到现有的 4TB 驱动器 RAID 组中，可在 10TB 驱动器上获得 3.63 TB 的可用容量。 
      注意：正确大小适用于数据驱动器。  奇偶校验驱动器的大小可能不合适，但其他增加的数据驱动器的大小将继续合适
  • 将 10TB 或 16TB 驱动器添加到现有的小型驱动器 RAID 组时，ONTAP 不需要使用 RAID-TEC。  这是因为驱动器的可用容量被降低到低于 Hardware Universe 指定的驱动器容量最大值。
  • 为避免可能出现的性能问题，应添加到现有 RAID 组的较大驱动器的最小数量为： 
    • SSD - 至少 2 个驱动器
    • SAS、NL-SAS - 至少 6 个驱动器 
  • 如果遵循这些准则，则在同一 RAID 组中混合驱动器容量不会造成性能损失。
