问题描述

使用串行控制台从基板管理控制器（ BMC ）访问 ONTAP 无法登录。
从 "sp-latest-console-log" 下面的发现崩溃消息中获取。

示例：

无法通过串行连接使用 Clustershell 。

示例：

BMC node-02> sp exit

Switching console to BMC

BMC Login: admin Password: Login incorrect BMC Login: Login timed out

无论连接类型如何， BMC Shell 都可以使用。
LOADER提示符正常工作 "Waiting for giveback"并正常显示。
正在从"bmc reboot" BMC Shell 尝试，但无法登录 ONTAP 。
