后台磁盘固件更新(BDFU)无法正常工作

问题描述
- 磁盘固件不会通过后台磁盘固件更新(BDFU)自动更新
- EMS日志显示BDFU持续启用/禁用：
[cluster1-01: hamsg: ha.bdfu.Disable:debug]: HA subsystem disabled background disk firmware update.
[cluster1-01: hamsg: ha.bdfu.Enable:debug]: HA subsystem reenabled background disk firmware update.
[cluster1-01: hamsg: ha.bdfu.Disable:debug]: HA subsystem disabled background disk firmware update.
[cluster1-01: hamsg: ha.bdfu.Enable:debug]: HA subsystem reenabled background disk firmware update.- storage disk固件show-update-status命令 显示磁盘无法更新或磁盘正在等待下载、更新状态为闲置或关闭。
