重新启动后、系统无法启动、并在开机自检期间出现KCS错误

问题描述

  • 在维护活动期间、同一HA存储系统中的两个节点均会关闭电源
  • 打开电源后、 节点02可以正常启动
  • 节点01无法启动并停留在Loader提示符处(如串行控制台上所示)
  • 在Loader处停止之前、控制台输出会在启动序列期间显示以下内容：
Boot Loader version 6.5.8 
Copyright (C) 2000-2003 Broadcom Corporation.
Portions Copyright (C) 2002-2023 NetApp, Inc. All Rights Reserved.
 
KCS cmd(NETFN 0x6, CMD 0x1) failed, ret -2
