问题描述

使用"mapsconfig --testmail"从 Brocade 交换机触发测试电子邮件后，无法接收测试电子邮件。

从 Brocade 交换机"mapsconfig --testmail"触发测试电子邮件时，ping SMTP 中继服务器成功。但在触发测试电子邮件期间未捕获数据包。
以下raslog消息记录在交换机下errdump-

Alert msg:"2024/09/11-19:40:01, [MAPS-1206], 3127, CHASSIS, INFO, switch, A MAPS email notification sent from the switch could not be delivered to Email server."

从errdump中可以看出，由于无法访问电子邮件服务器，无法发送 MAPS 电子邮件。

2024/08/27-08:00:00, [MAPS-1207], 3095, CHASSIS, INFO, switch, There were 2 email delivery errors in the last hour. 2024/08/28-18:42:01, [MAPS-1206], 3096, CHASSIS, INFO, switch, A MAPS email notification sent from the switch could not be delivered to Email server. 2024/08/28-19:00:00, [MAPS-1207], 3097, CHASSIS, INFO, switch, There were 4 email delivery errors in the last hour. 2024/08/31-18:38:00, [MAPS-1206], 3098, CHASSIS, INFO, switch A MAPS email notification sent from the switch could not be delivered to Email server.

使用 mapsconfig --show 验证 MAPS 的配置，并确保 Mail Recipient 和 Mail from Address 正确列出。

"relayconfig --show"输出表示中继域名为"snmp"。确保所设置的中继域名有效且正确。
