问题

在安装使用 PKCS#1 编码的自定义证书后，集群 UI 无法完全加载。

具体而言，UI 框架开始在页面上加载，但存在以下条件之一：

• 单个小部件填充了错误消息（例如， "Unable to load widget: API error "GetClusterStats: Authentication is not ready to service requests yet"），而不是典型的集群信息
  • 示例：

• 小部件不显示，而是显示以下错误："We are having trouble communicating with your cluster. Error -3: Something went wrong. Unable to communicate with the Element Authentication Service"
