E系列AutoSupport不会仅在一个控制器上使用SMTP提供

问题描述

ASUP无法通过SMTP交付方法 仅对一个控制器进行交付，SMTP配置是相同的  测试成功。
 
每次记录严重事件时，Web服务器日志都会报告以下消息：
INFO [SMMonitorPriorityTask-4] s.p.AlertManagerService [AlertManagerService.java:641] [requestId=0, deviceId=N/A] SMTP alerting is disabled or server not configured, ignoring 1 alerts
