SnapCenter 备份完成,并显示错误 "snapshot copy xxxxx not found on the SnapMirror destination"

问题描述

SnapCenter备份作业完成后出现警告、作业详细信息中出现以下两个错误之一:

  • 对于源/主存储上的快照:
    Unable to find Snapshot (<BACKUP_SNAPSHOT_NAME>) on volume (<VOLUME_NAME>) from storage (<STORAGE_CONNECTION>)
    SetSnapshotLabel failed : 102, Failed to attach the label to the specified Snapshot copy.(<BACKUP_SNAPSHOT_NAME>)
    Invalid response returned by Set-NcSnapshot: 0
  • 对于目标上的快照(在触发SnapMirror更新后的某个时间):

Error: SnapMirror update failed for the relationship [ <source SVM> : <source volume> ==><destination SVM> : <destination volume>] with error: Snapshot copy '<snapshot name>' not found on the SnapMirror destination <destination SVM> : <destination volume>

  • SMCore_SMC.log <JOB_ID>将显示此关系的以下消息。

DEBUG SMCore_<JOB_ID> PID=[5040] TID=[417] Checking for snapshot '<snapshot name>' on the volume(s) <destination volume> of the storage system '<destination SVM>'.
DEBUG SMCore_<JOB_ID> PID=[5040] TID=[417] Retry to check the snapshot on secondary destinations.
DEBUG SMCore_<JOB_ID> PID=[5040] TID=[417] Checking for snapshot '<snapshot name>' on the volume(s) <destination volume> of the storage system '<destination SVM>'.
DEBUG SMCore_<JOB_ID> PID=[5040] TID=[417] Retry to check the snapshot on secondary destinations.
