即使还原日志文件失败、SCV还原作业也会完成、并且不会出现错误

问题描述
vmcontrol_<JOB_ID>.log指示SCV无法还原日志文件(vmware-N.log)、并显示消息"Exception while restoring log files ignoring the exception for log"
