问题描述

  • 此知识库文章概述了在Active IQ Unified Manager 虚拟设备(OVA)中启用和访问diag shell的步骤
  • diag shell可用于执行其他NetApp知识库文章中所述的操作计划、但如果在diag shell中进行的更改不属于NetApp指南的内容、则可能会导致NetApp不支持此设备

操作步骤

注意: 在DIAG Shell中进行的更改 可能会导致虚拟设备中的数据丢失和/或功能丢失
  1. 备份AIQUM数据库
  2. 关闭虚拟机并创建VMware快照
  3. 启动VM并通过vSphere客户端访问VM控制台
    • Launch Web ConsoleLaunch Remote Console
  4. 维护用户身份登录
    • 注意: 维护用户是首次配置虚拟设备时配置的第一个用户
  5. 从主菜单中选择(4)Support/Diagnostics

  1. 根据edserds您的首选项输入或
    • eds —在VMware控制台窗口中启用diag shell
      • 键入exit可随时保留本地diag shell
      • VMware控制台窗口不允许复制/粘贴
    • erds —可通过远程SSH (即putty)访问diag shell 
      • 您不能以root用户身份通过SSH登录。您必须以 diag用户first​​​​​​ 的身份登录
  2. Y出现提示时键入 Would you like to enable remote diagnostics?
  3. 输入diag并确认用户的新密码
    • 此密码在启用当天午夜之前或对于单一登录会话有效

  1. 如果选择远程diag shell、请键入X退出
  2. 启动第三方工具(例如PuTTY)并打开指向AIQUM设备IP的SSH
  3. 使用diag用户登录
    • 用户名: diag
    • 密码: <enter the password that you set in Step 9 above>
      •  注意:您不能以root用户身份通过SSH登录。您必须先以"DIAG"用户身份登录。所有通过SSH通过root登录的尝试都将失败
  4. CLI将接受大多数命令集作为基于Debian的标准环境:
    • 键入sudo -s 作为diag以打开根Shell
    • 键入 exit可从root切换回diag
    • 再次键入 exit 退出diag shell。
