升级预检返回： 

The precheck operation has detected conditions that must be addressed before upgrading. Resolve the issues listed below and click Start Upgrade or Run Prechecks to retry. Storage node <SRC> Cannot communicate with <node DST> on port 18019. Error: curl: (28) Connection timed out after 30000 milliseconds
