适用场景

  • NetApp StorageGRID设备SG6160 和SG5860
  • SANtricity OS 11.80.1/11.80.1R1

问题描述

  • 新添加的SG6160或SG5860设备 在安装时报告未知温度传感器。
  • StorageGRID UI会为受影响的节点报告以下警报：
    •  Appliance storage shelves degraded
    • Appliance storage controller hardware issue
  • 尝试 通过网格管理器应用SANtricity OS 11.80.1R2或更高版本时、StorageGRID UI会报告以下警报：
    • 维护>软件更新： 
      • "An error occurred during the most recent SANtricity OS upgrade. You must retry the SANtricity OS upgrade before you can apply a hotfix or upgrade to a new StorageGRID release. If you cannot upgrade SANtricity OS, contact technical support."
    • 维护>软件更新> SANtricity OS： 
      • "SANtricity OS deployment completed with errors: Failed to apply the update to one of more nodes"
