从意外重新启动中恢复后、StorageGRID存储节点处于未知状态

问题描述

  • 由于在VMware级别数据存储库上发现延迟问题、StorageGRID节点将重新启动。但是、重新启动后、StorageGRID管理器上的节点状态仍为未知。
  • storagegrid-status 此节点上的命令会显示所有服务均处于running状态。
  • 受影响节点能够对主管理节点和其他存储节点执行ping操作。
  • 正在尝试通过 service servermanager restart stucks使用重新启动所有服务 warning : KILL required to stop servermanager service
