- SANtricity OS 11.80x、11.80.1x (GA、R1、R2和R3)和11.90x (R2之前的版本)。
- SANtricity操作系统升级
- NVSRAM升级
- 驱动器固件升级
问题描述
- 由于证书身份验证失败、StorageGRID设备SANtricity操作系统、NVSRAID或驱动器固件升级失败。
- 尝试通过网格管理器应用SANtricity OS 11.80.1R2或更高版本时、StorageGRID UI会报告以下警报：
- 维护>软件更新：
"An error occurred during the most recent SANtricity OS upgrade. You must retry the SANtricity OS upgrade before you can apply a hotfix or upgrade to a new StorageGRID release. If you cannot upgrade SANtricity OS, contact technical support."
- System Manager支持部分(事件)中记录的E系列事件以及 支持包中的
MAJOR-EVENT-LOG指示固件包身份验证检查失败。
