问题描述

在应用程序事件日志中，我们可以看到 SnapCenter SmCore 出现故障：

"Service cannot be started. System.ServiceModel.AddressAlreadyInUseException: HTTP could not register URL https:// :8145/SCEManagementService/ because TCP port 8145 is being used by another application. ---> System.Net.HttpListenerException: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process
