SnapCenter 计划作业无法在升级到 6.1 后运行

• SnapCenter 服务器 (SC)

• 计划的备份作业无法启动，作业可以手动启动并成功完成。
• 尝试创建新资源组失败，出现错误HTTP Error 500.30 - ASP.NET Core app failed to start 
• 在 SC 服务器上的 SnapCenter 调度程序日志和系统事件日志中看到以下错误
