问题描述

  • SC无法发现Exchange资源
  • 磁盘显示在SC图形用户界面的磁盘视图中、但"Resources - Database (资源-数据库)"屏幕中没有数据库
  • 在<installation_path>\NetApp\SnapCenter\App_Data\log\SnapManagerWeb_<id>.log中出现错误：
    ERROR SnapManagerWeb_297 PID=[9400] TID=[209] System.Exception: Unable to find the instance (DAG_FQDN)
    DEBUG SnapManagerWeb_297 PID=[9400] TID=[209] Unable to find the instance (DAG_FQDN)
    ERROR SnapManagerWeb_297 PID=[9400] TID=[209] Exception in method: DiscoverHostResourcesInternal.
    System.Exception: Unable to find the instance (DAG_FQDN)
  • DNS配置正确、SVM连接正确
