调整注册表以指向 Package Repository 主机软件包的存储目录一段时间后， SnapCenter 访问将失败：
Server Error in '/' Application.
SnapCenter repository is not accessible. Error: Not able to fetch the SnapCenterID from snapcenter.config file.
