将SC升级到4.9后、SnapCenter UI导航速度非常慢、打开任何菜单项(主机、资源等)都需要很长时间
 
在SnapCenter UI中导航时，MySQL服务器进程(mysqld.exe)会占用越来越多的资源，尤其是CPU和磁盘I/O
