問題

SnapCenter Plug-in for Oracleのバックアップまたは検出の実行時に次のエラーが表示されて失敗する
 
  • PL-SCO-20006: Discovery of database files failed for database NTAP1 on host <hostname> with error Operation Exception occured during oracle databaseconnection, reason: Unexpected Operation occured.

  • com.netapp.oracle.core.exception.OperationException: Operation Exception occured during oracle databaseconnection, reason: Unexpected Operation occurred.
  • PL-SCO-20036: Discovery of database instance <database_ID> failed with error: Operation Exception occured during oracle databaseconnection, reason: Unexpected Operation occured.])
