手动安装SnapCenter 插件后、添加的Linux主机找不到活动插件

问题描述
尽管在主机上以root身份运行Linux软件包时进行的安装似乎运行正常、并且主机列表显示插件正在运行、但 spl_0.log 在中 /var/opt/snapcenter/spl/logs、在尝试在SnapCenter 图形用户界面中重新配置HANA或Creator插件时、会显示以下错误：

Error in invoking SCC RestEndpoint discoverPlugin : Plug-in host service is not available. Run 'systemctl start scc' on the host machine to start the host service.
但是、"ps -ef | grep snap""输出显示正在运行的所有插件、"systemctl status spl|scc"和"netstat -tulpen | grep java"显示这些插件正在侦听其端口、在SnapCenter 图形用户界面中、这些插件由于这些错误而无法重新配置。
