当插件主机上禁用 winrm 时，升级到 6.0.1P1 后 SnapCenter 备份速度很慢

问题描述
- 升级到 6.0.1P1 后，SnapCenter 备份非常慢。
- 主机和磁盘发现/枚举速度缓慢。SnapCenter需要很长时间才能枚举磁盘或主机。
- SCW_<JOBID>.log 中报告了以下错误消息
