问题描述

SMBR 从 SnapCenter 备份启动的快照挂载操作失败，并显示错误 "Mount-SdSnapshot failed"。

SnapShotManager.log 文件（默认路径 C:\ProgramData\NetApp\SMBR\Logs\）中的条目显示以下错误：

ERROR ao - Command execution error: FullyQualifiedErrorId: 102,SnapDrive.Client.PSModule.MountSdSnapshotException message: Failed to mount the Snapshot copy.Failed to mount the resource: <lun_path> from snapshot: <snapshot>. Possible Resolution: Make sure that Host to storage connectivity is available.

SnapDriveSALDebug.log （默认路径 C:\Program Files\NetApp\SnapCenter\SMCore\）中的相应条目显示未发现任何 iGroup 信息：
