问题描述

选择控制阀备份无法生成快照、并出现以下错误：

Error: Snapshot operation failed. ONTAPI has been proactively suspended on this cluster due to inactivity as this feature is deprecated. Use the "system services web ontapi modify" CLI command to un-suspend ONTAPI.

Job-<JobID>.log 表示 Get-NcSnapshot 命令失败并显示以下错误、并尝试了多次重试：

[ERR] The result from get-ncsnapshot is null/empty

[ERR] Error: Snapshot enumeration failed, Exception:Failed to run a command Get-NcSnapshot Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

也可能会出现以下一般性错误：

[ERR] Error: The credentials for the storage system <Storage_Name> is not configured. Resolution: Please check if storage system <Storage_Name> is resolvable or add an entry to etc/hosts file.
