问题描述
- SCSQL/SCW 主机重新启动后， SCSQL 备份失败。
SMCore.log报告以下错误。

SnapDriveSALDebug.log报告以下错误。

Windows Application Event Log报告以下错误。

Message: "SnapDrive failed to set your storage system connection.

Details : Failed to connect to storage system .

Possible solutions :
1. Check if the firewall blocks the connection.
2. Make sure the Net.Tcp Port Sharing Service is up and running.
3. The credentials are specified correctly."
