问题描述

  • SCSQL/SCW 主机重新启动后, SCSQL 备份失败。
  • SMCore.log 报告以下错误。

Activity 'Creating Snapshot copy' failed with error: Could not find storage for any of the resources

  • SnapDriveSALDebug.log 报告以下错误。

Verbose SAL PID=[XXXX] TID=[XXXX] InitializeONTAP() throw exception: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
Error SAL PID=[XXXX] TID=[XXXX] Object reference not set to an instance of an object.  at
SnapDrive.Nsf.Core.Storage.StorageConnection.Initialize(SDStorageSystemId storageSystemId)

Error SAL PID=[XXXX] TID=[XXXX] Failed to connect to storage system <SVM> Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

  • Windows Application Event Log 报告以下错误。

SourceName: SnapDriveEventMsgs
EventCode: 528
Message: "SnapDrive failed to set your storage system connection.
Error code : -1
Details : Failed to connect to storage system .
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Possible solutions :
1. Check if the firewall blocks the connection.
2. Make sure the Net.Tcp Port Sharing Service is up and running.
3. The credentials are specified correctly."
