问题描述

在恢复过程中、当要应用归档日志时、该过程将失败，其中有：
c.n.o.c.s.d.DatabaseSpecificationService - An exception thrown during the execution of method isRAC and the exception message is
ORACLE-10002: Error received from connection to Oracle database <SID>: Listener refused the connection with the following error: ORA-12528, TNS:listener: all appropriate instances are blocking new connections
in the spl_<Job_ID>.log
