SCO 无法使用只读 ORACLE_HOME 克隆到 Oracle 18c 或 19c

问题描述

当目标 Oracle 主机使用选项为 ORACLE_HOMEORACLE_BASEpfile和 init.ora 文件创建只读时， SCO 将无法为 init.ora 新实例创建文件，因为 pfile 此文件不是在 Oracle 预期的位置创建的：
CREATE SPFILE FROM PFILE * ERROR at line 1: ORA-01078: failure in processing system parameters LRM-00109: could not open parameter file '/oracle/orabase/dbs/initPERFTST.ora'
