After upgrading the plug-in available resources do not show in Add resources to Resource Group
 ERROR: JAVA_HOME is not set, configure JAVA_HOME for the user../../plugins/sco/bin/launch-java: line 17: /var/opt/snapcenter/spl/etc/spl.properties: Permission denied
