问题解答

  • 自2023年1月31日起、Microsoft已宣布通过EWS对团队消息数据进行限制访问。
  • 现在、可通过Microsoft图形团队导出API支持团队消息数据。适用于团队聊天的Microsoft图形导出API受保护API不再可通过SaaS Backup访问。
  • 备份管理员必须通过向Microsoft填写请求访问表( 申请表)来明确获取对这些API的访问权限

追加信息

适用于团队的Microsoft图形导出API可通过付费模式(图形许可证)获得。用户需要执行其他步骤才能访问图形导出API。建议希望备份团队消息数据的SaaS Backup用户熟悉图形导出API访问说明、许可证和相关成本。 

 注意：Microsoft 365美国政府、德国和中国地区目前不支持适用于团队的Microsoft图形导出API。
