无法 在 现有主机上连接磁盘或创建磁盘：
- 尝试连接到现有主机(仅映射LUN)上的现有LUN时：
Failed - Failed to connect disk No disk is found on all nodes
- 尝试使用新主机连接到现有LUN (未映射任何LUN)时：
Failed - Failed to create windows file system Failed to get disk information [81OX-+XQ7two]. Please check if there is SAN connectivity between the host/hypervisor and storage controller
