Cloning operation will fail when you reuse the SID of an immediately deleted clone

Issue

When you create a clone of an ASM database using the SID of an just deleted ASM clone, the operation fails with the following error:

canExecute operation failed with error: PL-SCO-30031: Redo log file +ASMSEC_redo_log_name exists
