无法部署OTV下载插件9.11时出错

• VMware vCenter 7.0U3

问题描述

• 无法部署适用于VMware的ONTAP工具(OTV) 

• 在vCenter控制台中显示错误：

Error downloading plug-in. URL is unreachable. java.net.SocketTimeoutException: connect timed out 

• 在vSphere中发现错误 vsphere_client_virgo.log
