问题

重新启动 ONTAP Tools for vSphere (OTV) 设备以准备升级后，设备无法正常启动。
OTV Web 控制台可能会报告一个 05061 error
尝试使用 kn get pods 或类似的 Kubernetes 命令检查 Pod 状态时，反复观察到以下错误：

E062621:38:57.8700662339246 memcache.go:238] couldn't get current server API group list: the server has asked for the client to provide credentials
error: You must be logged in to the server (the server has asked for the client to provide credentials)

设备 Web UI 可能可用，但 CLI pod 管理命令失败并出现身份验证错误。
