问题描述
无法在 OTV 9.13P1 中更新 NTP 服务器信息。尝试从维护控制台或诊断 shell 更新 NTP 服务器时，无法正常工作。
从 OTV 诊断外壳：
ntpq -np 192.168.38
ntpq -np 192.168.0.39
ntpq -crv
nslookup 192.168.38
nslookup 192.168.0.39
NTP服务器请求超时，ntpq -crv表明它ntpd ntpsec-1.2.2。
