问题

部署 OTV 后，ONTAP Tools Manager UI 会在概览页面中显示 已降级 状态。
将鼠标悬停在 已降级 状态上时，UI 消息会指示升级后步骤已失败，并引用了 /var/log/ansible-perl-errors.log 文件。
在查看 OTV 的 post-deployment-upgrade.log 时，可以看到类似的错误：
