OnCommand Insight:重新启动或重新启动服务后、Web界面中出现HTTP 404错误

问题描述

重新启动主机操作系统或OnCommand Insight (OCI)服务后、 尝试打开OCI WebUI时会出现HTTP错误404消息。  要查看OCI WebUI、请在Web浏览器中输入以下内容:

  • 在OCI服务器上:
    https://localhost
     
  • 从任何位置:
    https://IP Address:porthttps://fqdn:port

注意:端口号是443或安装Insight客户端时配置的端口。如果未在 URL 中指定端口号,则端口号默认设置为 443。

此外、还可以通过验证server.log 文件中是否显示以下错误消息来确认此情况。

<INSTALL-PATH>\Program Files\SANscreen\wildfly\standalone\log\server.log

2017-08-02 21:08:12,353 ERROR [EE-ManagedExecutorService-default-Thread-1] OciStartUp (OciStartUp.java:78) - Exception during Elasticsearch setup
