问题描述

  • 由于本地组策略（ GPO ）设置， DWH 未安装
  • 在 Windows 事件查看器中，存在事件 1000 错误

  • 手动尝试启动 IBM Cognos 时会生成以下错误： Content Manager failed to connect to the content store ... Connection authorization failure occured. Reason: Authentication failed because of connectivity restrictions enforced by the security plug-in. ERRORCODE=-4214, SQLSTATE=28000
