问题描述

在访问数据仓库中 Cognos 报告门户的 WebUI 时，报告门户网站会显示一条消息，指出 "Page cannot be displayed."

此外，由于 Cognos 服务器服务未运行，用户还会遇到另一种症状，即无法访问报告门户来创建或生成报告。
