无法访问 Unified Manager UI ,因为服务未启动

适用场景

  • Active IQ Unified Manager (UM)

问题描述

  • 无法通过浏览器访问UM Web界面:找不到错误404
  • 资源正常
  • 重新启动没有帮助
  • NetApp Active IQ管理服务器服务在启动后停止、没有错误
  • ocumserver.log 没有相关条目、因为此服务在启动后会短暂停止、而不进行日志记录
  • Java可执行文件 dfm-app.war 运行不正常
