由于文件系统不一致，Unified Manager OVA 引导失败

适用于

• OnCommand Unified Manager（OCUM）
• Active IQ Unified Manager（AIQUM）
• VMware OVA

问题

• ActiveIQ Unified Manager (AIQUM) GUI 无法访问
• 在 vSphere 控制台中，AIQUM 虚拟设备无法引导到登录提示
• 按下 Alt+F2 时，控制台显示以下消息：

fsck failed. Please repair manually....

A maintenance shell will now be started CONTROL-D Will terminate this shell and resume system boot

Give root password for maintenance

(or type Control-D to continue)

• 设备的"Failed to start File System Check"在引导过程中显示为"FAILED"。
  
• Failed to mount /dev/sda1 as root file system
